Print Love

interior design Interior trends myhome personal small business style

I am not ashamed to say I have an addiction to prints ๐Ÿ™ˆ If you follow me on social media you will have seen lots of photos of prints dotted around my house, on shelves, walls and even in the odd flat lay. A few years ago, I never thought to have prints up, I felt they weren't very personal - oh how wrong was I! Turns out I just hadn't found the right ones ๐Ÿ˜‰

So, I thought I would share a few of my favourite places to buy prints from, these are all small independents, who I feel its really important to support. Of course you can buy prints from the high street but anyone can have those right?!ย

One of the first places I ever bought a print from was Chatty Nora. Jane makes these beautiful pen or screen printed designs, inspired by Dr Seuss, Alice and Wonderland and many others. I bought this Love screen print, which fits perfectly in an IKEA Ribba frame, I love the quirkyness of it! You can shop her own range ย ย HERE

Someone I buy a lot of prints from is Jade who runs Sweet Pea Paperie, her designs are always a really high quality, beautiful and even some foil ones! She often runs a Fiver Friday on a couple of prints which is always an excuse to buy more ๐Ÿ™ˆ If you follow her on Instagram you can keep up with the latest designs and you can shopย HERE

I recently bought one of her surprise packs of seconds and created this gallery wall in Eliza's room. Using Washi tape is a great way to give you flexibility, not only for when you change your mind on the choice of prints but also enabling you to add extras such as fake flowers and hanging decorations.ย

When I did Rhys' room last year in an adventure/camping theme, I was so excited to find this 'This is my Happy Place' tipi print from Little m Papergoods, you can find Claire on Etsy HERE. There are lots of beautiful prints for monochrome nurseries and kids rooms.

Recently I discovered SSD stationary, Jenny has such great style for monochrome and grey prints. Pretty much perfect for someone like me who styles A LOT of their house in grey ๐Ÿ™ˆ I inter change the print in my living room between the Chatty Nora one and this LOVE one, mostly because I love them both equally ๐Ÿ˜ You can shop her Etsy shopย HERE

I saw Lauren, who runs Freddie The Kid on Instagram a few months back and I had to have the Mama Hustler print in my life!! Its on my office shelves and reminds me to always work hard. Her other print, together we have it all sits on my bookcase next to the sofa. You can shop her rangeย HERE

So, go check out these wonderful companies! They are all on Instagram so you can see up to date with their latest designs and I'm sure you will see more of them around my house ๐Ÿ™Š Do you have a favourite print company that I've missed?
