Shipping and Returns
Eliza Rose only deliver to mailand UK at this present time.
Delivery is £3 on standard orders except those containing 1 Litre paint tins which are £9.95
We aim to dispatch items within 5 working days of cleared payment, if you pay an extra £1 your order will be dispatched as first class on orders
We are unable to dispatch items on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
We use Royal Mail. Estimated Delivery Service for Royal Mail is 2-5 working days.
For large orders we may use a Courier Service, such as Parcelforce.
Eliza Rose are unable to guarantee a specific delivery timescale. If you have not received your order within 15 working days then please contact us.
Eliza Rose are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
Items will only be sent to the delivery address given via PayPal or Shopify.
Once Payment has cleared you will receive email confirmation that your item has been dispatched.
What to do if you change your mind.
Eliza Rose hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If for some reason your are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. We will be happy to offer you an exchange where possible or a refund.

Please do not post your item back to us until we have replied to your notification of return. All items need to be received by Eliza Rose within 30 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with any labels still attached.
The return postage will be at the cost of the buyer and we recommend that you return your item using a “signed for” delivery service with a proof of purchase.
Eliza Rose will not accept responsibility for postal losses or where a proof of postage has been requested but none provided.
An exchange or refund will be issued once we have received and checked the return item.
Eliza Rose advise customers not to accept an item that looks damaged. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible, within 48hrs or receiving the item.
All items are carefully checked before they are dispatched. If you find an item is faulty then please notify Eliza Rose within 7 days of receipt of your item. You may notify us by email at: email@example.com.
Please do not post the item back to Eliza Rose until we have replied to your notification of return. All items need to be received by Eliza Rose within 30 days.
A replacement will be offered where possible or a full refund given.
All refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account that was used to purchase the item.
